I’ve recently tried Vitali Life Deep Drift supplements to help aid a restful night’s sleep, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they helped.
I took them roughly an hour before bed and was able to nod straight off without any problem. Now, falling asleep itself isn’t usually a major issue for me, but I’m often woken up during the night by one of my two children and then find it hard to get back to sleep again. So I was particularly interested to see how the Deep Drift capsules would help with this.
One thing I noticed was that they didn’t affect my ability to wake up to my children (which was one area I was slightly concerned about), and when I did wake up and the child went back to sleep, I was actually able to drift back off easily too.
