Standard UK delivery — FREE on orders over £40.
Orders under £40 — £3.99.
Tracked delivery via Royal Mail or equivalent courier. Estimated delivery: 2-4 working days from dispatch.
We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched same day.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. International shipping coming soon.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are dispatched automatically on your renewal date. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each dispatch.
To skip, pause or cancel, log in to your account or email hello@vitalilife.co.uk before your renewal date.
Returns
We offer a 60-day return policy — no questions asked.
If you are not satisfied with Deep Drift for any reason, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund.
To start a return
Email hello@vitalilife.co.uk with your order number. We will reply within 24-48 hours with instructions.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days of us receiving the return.
We do not cover return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@vitalilife.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
