2. Products

Deep Drift is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult your doctor before use.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm you are over 18 and legally permitted to purchase in your country.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed through Skio. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

You may skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by emailing hello@vitalilife.co.uk before your next renewal date.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

All content on vitalilife.co.uk — including text, images, logo and brand assets — is the property of Vitali Life Ltd. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Vitali Life Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
